Start with a lovely ride through a mango forest and on the beach, then take a fabulous ride up a winding hillside trail to the top of the hill (where most the year) we get to experience the sun setting into the sea.

Beach, Forest & Sunset Magic Loop
Enjoy a stunning ride up the mountains of Punta Islita on a wide dirt path. The view at the top will take your breath away and spans SEVEN beaches up and down the Nicoya Peninsula. After a 15-20 minute rest with refreshments, we meander back down. Walk only & weather dependent.

When I turned four, my parents surprised me with a pony-led cart at my birthday party, igniting a lifelong passion for horses. These majestic creatures have always felt like kindred spirits to me. From my early days, I harbored a childhood dream of living on a farm surrounded by a magnificent herd of horses.
Little did I imagine that, 30 years ago, when my family acquired a home in Punta Islita, Costa Rica, I would eventually find myself living out that dream, with horses as my companions and the beach as my idyllic backyard.
While my upbringing centered around training and show jumping, I've been incredibly fortunate to broaden my horizons in the realm of equestrian experiences. From engaging in liberty work to embarking on serene beach rides, from the day-to-day care of these magnificent animals to simply basking in the pasture with the herd, I am profoundly grateful for the myriad wonders horses have brought into my life in this breathtaking country.
Now, I consider myself exceptionally fortunate to share my boundless love and profound passion for horses with individuals hailing from every corner of the globe.
